Once we have our audience captivated, we guide the audience to bring what was happening in their subconscious mind to their conscious mind. We do this by helping the audience self actualize what they have been thinking about and feeling in their subconscious mind.
Once we've guided the audience to bring their thoughts and emotions regarding the video from their subconscious mind to their conscious mind. We personalize our message in a compelling relatable way that evokes a positive emotional response. We do this through the power of empathy. We encourage the audience to emote with the narrative in a personal way. This is when we take the audience on a journey through the power of story we present a compelling case for the desired outcome we want the audience to feel. Then through self-actualization, the audience discovers for her/himself the desired action that the video is driving towards.
Now that the audience has emoted and related to the narrative in the video, and had a moment of self-actualization to do or feel what we wanted to empower the audience to feel, a level of urgency. In Step 4 we meet the audience where they are on their journey that the video has taken her/him on and empower a path to satisfaction. We do this by inviting the audience into the narrative of the video, to become part of the story.
Once we've revealed and outlined a path to satisfaction, "The Way Forward", we provide the close to the narrative. At this point the audience doesn't want the narrative to be over, they just became part of the story. So we invite the audience to join us in empowering the narrative beyond the video, into the real world of the audience. This is where we outline how to make sure the story lives on. Whether it be showing the audience how to buy a product or service, how to support a nonprofit or charitable cause, become part of a movement, or help someone in need. Step 5 reveals the path to the desired outcome of the narrative of the video.
